At Uniquely Flawed Collections, we take pride in bringing you a collection of products that make you look good and feel good. We also have some that are just plain yummy. 

product availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

payment terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. As soon as you place an order online, your credit/debit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted fully. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact you within 24 hours after your order has been placed.


We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods and we have to absorb the cost. However, in the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase a store credit will be given. We do not issue any cash refunds.


If you are unhappy with a product purchase from us, and you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then email us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product(s). 


To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a return authorization number within 48-hours of shipment. It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened.  No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.  Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.


 Please return the unused item with original sales receipt within 48- hours of purchase and we will gladly issue a store credit. Unopened items returned after 48- hours with proof of purchase will be issued a store credit only. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept opened and /or used returns. 

shipments/refused/incorrect address

Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping may take up to 10 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Please keep in mind that inclement weather can slow down your estimated delivery time.

failed deliveries

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information of your order before finalizing. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provided. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee to make the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

We understand the importance that our customers place on privacy and have designed this Privacy Policy to describe our information-gathering and dissemination practices. By using our site, and/or receiving emails from us you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of uniquely flawed collections to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. 



You may be able to access third-party sites directly from our Website. Uniquely Flawed collections Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third-party sites.  We cannot control how third parties may use personal or non-personal information you disclose to them, or what they collect, so the information collected by these affiliates or third-party websites is subject to their own privacy policies. You should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit before using it or disclosing your personal information to its proprietor. We are not responsible for the unauthorized acts of others and assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access (such as hacking or theft of computers) or other acts of third parties, or acts or omission beyond our reasonable control.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site.
